You will like it! I use to use Quicken for Windows on my MAC using Parallels.
Parallels would always crash so I am converting all my software to MAC. I did some research on this software and only saw bad reviews.

The ebay price was low so it was not a costly experiment. I like the software. I can write checks and manage my register. It looks like I can only print one check at a time. The windows version can do batches.
I have yet to reconcile my account. I hope that goes smoothly. Copying my files from Windows to Essential was smooth with no problems. If you want a simple checkbook software, this one looks good.
